Tanara Bowie

Tanara is an ICF-certified coach and facilitator dedicated to helping coaching clients build confidence, clarity, and purpose as they navigate life transitions and leadership challenges. Drawing on experience in psychology, leadership development, and the creative arts, she helps clients identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and take focused steps toward lasting success. Her approach is grounded in respect, authenticity, and partnership. As a trauma informed practitioner, she understands that growth often begins with trust and self-awareness. Tanara equips her clients with tools to manage complexity, communicate effectively, and lead with integrity to create impact. Through storytelling, she helps coaching clients uncover new perspectives, reframe setbacks, and turn experiences into sources of strength. Her work combines mindfulness and real world strategy to support authentic leadership and purposeful action. Tanara earned her MA in Psychology from Cleveland State University. For eight years she served in increasingly senior roles, including Vice President of Client Experience at an international leadership development firm. There she led business development and developed strategies for healthcare, real estate, federal and state government, and social impact clients and coached and facilitated leadership development sessions with senior leaders. She is pursuing her National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching certification.

Chris Lake

Chris served in the military for 10 years, flying the S-3 ‚ as a Naval Flight Officer from aircraft carriers around the world. Upon completion of his final assignment, he attended business school before being hired by IBM. When the Great Recession hit in 2008, his team was eliminated and he faced his second major career transition. This time he decided to start an educational consulting company along with a business partner. Several years later, he made his third career pivot, this time starting a non-profit. During the pandemic, he made his fourth change, establishing a coaching practice to help people navigate their own career transitions.

Raised by parents who instilled a lifelong commitment to community service, Lynann has volunteered with numerous organizations, including Social Venture Partners, TEDx, Habitat for Humanity, the Forgotten Children’s Fund, and Future World Alliance, a non-profit focused on responsible AI in education.
