Dr. Joel Edman

Dr. Joel Edman is a Certified Health Coach, Professional Certified Coach, Clinical Nutritionist, and Wellness Program Consultant with over 25 years of clinical, teaching and research experience. He specializes in coaching and counseling clients and patients about the most effective use of nutritional, stress management and integrative health therapies for everything from chronic and complex symptoms and disorders to wellness and disease prevention. His specific areas of expertise include heart disease, neuropsychological disorders (fatigue, headaches, etc.) stomach and intestinal problems, and a range of other health issues. Dr. Edman holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Drexel University and a Doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University. He was the Director of Integrative Nutrition and Associate Research Director at Jefferson Integrative Medicine, in Philadelphia, for over eleven years, and is the author or coauthor of over twenty peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. His coaching certification is through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (PCC).

Gay Cunningham

Gay Cunningham is a leadership and career coach who has helped to develop and influence leaders in every organization she’s been involved with. Gay spent 45 years in healthcare with the last 30 years as a nurse executive and consultant. She received her BSN and MSN Nursing Administration from Saint Louis University. She is a Fellow in the American Healthcare Executives. Gay is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation at the PCC level and is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. She is trained through inviteCHANGE, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Los Angeles Chapter.

Shikina Tellis

Shikina served in the United States Navy as a Logistician and successfully transitioned into the private sector. She is the founder of TWS Coaching and Consulting Group, LLC. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Shikina received her coaching certification from Coach Training Alliance (CTA). She is also a Prepare/Enrich premarital and marriage assessment facilitator. She is enthusiastic about leveraging her 25-plus years of military leadership expertise and experience as a veteran, dual-military spouse, and entrepreneur to help empower veterans, spouses, and caregivers to thrive in their finances, professions, and relationships.

Margaret Zachary

Margaret is a core energy coach in the Austin area. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from McMurry University, and a CPC from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, also known as iPEC. Margaret is thrilled for the opportunity to work with our nation’s veterans. Her grandfather served in the United States Air Force and fought in the Vietnam War, so she has always had a love and respect for those who serve. Her heart also led her to a man who serves in the Texas Army National Guard, so now she has an opportunity to serve as an Army wife. As a life coach, her mission is to partner with survivors of unexpected life events to help them regain control over their minds, bodies, and spirits so they can consciously create the life they deserve.

Ericka Foley started her own coaching business after twenty years working for a Fortune 500 company where she amassed 15+ years of coaching every level of the organization.
