Susan Shapiro

Susan B. Shapiro launched her coaching business: Onpoint Leadership in 2006, after a sales and marketing career at Hewlett-Packard, where she was in their Accelerated Development Program. She provides high potential coaching and consulting services to organizations valuing people as their biggest asset. Helping leaders use their power and influence to lead change from within their organizations, Susan is very qualified and experienced in delivering most of the leading assessment tools. Shapiro has an MS in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas, and also earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching there. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), having served as the Past President of the North Texas Chapter. Her BS degree in Marketing / Economics comes from Hofstra University in New York. In addition to her coaching and consulting business, Shapiro is a staff member of the University of Texas-Dallas School of Business, where she coaches EMBA students through the Executive Education Department. Julie Pleming

She specializes in helping clients find confidence, especially during change. Julie is a senior leader in a U. S. Treasury Department agency, she has worked with the U. S. Treasury Department for over 35 years. While working for the U. S. Treasury Department Julie has been active in leadership development and has managed large scale teams in three regions of the country and Washington D.C. Julie currently participates in hiring and promotion panels, instructs leadership courses, mentors, and coaches potential and new leaders for the U. S. Treasury Department. She was also the past president of the agency's employee networking group focused on the advancement and retention of women. Julie comes from a military family, her father and husband both served in the military, and she is the parent of an active-duty sailor.

Vicki Jordan

Vicki Jordan is an ICF/PCC level executive leadership and team performance coach. She also teaches a 3-day Leader As Coach class for Department of Defense(DoD) leaders; transforming leaders to create a culture where leaders inspire, influence, and motivate others to achieve the best possible results. Vicki served with the DoD in both military and civilian roles for over 40 years and held several key Senior Executive leadership roles before retiring in 2017. Post-retirement, Vicki is leaning into her passion for helping others grow and develop; becoming their best selves and achieving their personal and professional goals. She works with leaders and teams in the DoD, private industry, academia, and with non-profits. She truly believes that making coaching available to everyone makes the world a better place. This belief drives her to also offer pro-bono coaching to organizations supporting veterans and underserved students. Vicki graduated with a B.A. in French and Political Science; earned a Russian Language Diploma while serving in the U.S. Army, and has a Master’s Certificate in virtual instruction & course design.
