Vicki Jordan

Vicki Jordan is an ICF/PCC level executive leadership and team performance coach. She also teaches a 3-day Leader As Coach class for Department of Defense(DoD) leaders; transforming leaders to create a culture where leaders inspire, influence, and motivate others to achieve the best possible results. Vicki served with the DoD in both military and civilian roles for over 40 years and held several key Senior Executive leadership roles before retiring in 2017. Post-retirement, Vicki is leaning into her passion for helping others grow and develop; becoming their best selves and achieving their personal and professional goals. She works with leaders and teams in the DoD, private industry, academia, and with non-profits. She truly believes that making coaching available to everyone makes the world a better place. This belief drives her to also offer pro-bono coaching to organizations supporting veterans and underserved students. Vicki graduated with a B.A. in French and Political Science; earned a Russian Language Diploma while serving in the U.S. Army, and has a Master’s Certificate in virtual instruction & course design. Her certifications include: ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program; ACT Team Coaching Certification Program, Professional Certified Coach (PCC/ICF). She is certified in the Cfollowing assessment tools; Hogan, EQI, LVI, and Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment(PQ). Vicki enjoys tutoring ESL and GED students and is actively involved with prison ministry at a local correctional facility. She is also an active member of the Anne Arundel County League of Women Voters. Her greatest joy is spending time with family and friends.

Prior to forming Place Mosaic, Amanda held leadership roles in the technology sector, local and federal government, and nonprofit organizations. She is a Prosci-certified change practitioner, ADR professional, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including both the DC Metro and Kansas chapters. She was awarded an Executive MBA and a Master of Resource Law Studies from the University of Denver and has been coaching since 2005.

Chad chose his non-traditional path of full and part-time roles to intentionally prioritize family memories and support his family as a military spouse. Chad served in tech, the United States Air Force Reserve (including command of a communications squadron) and educating our children. He gets a charge from seeing the AHAH moments and hearing the I DID ITs. As a recovering engineer, Chad has studied coaching with Creative Results Management and Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching graduate certificate program. He’s also part of the Department of the Air Force and Treasury Executive Institute coaching cadre.

Kaleah Perry

Sharon Ruwart
