Sharon became a coach after a two-decade career as a corporate leader with experience in several big, international companies as well as start-ups, and has worked in Silicon Valley, Washington, DC, Europe, and for a decade in Beijing, China. Now living in New York City, she continues to coach clients all over the world (mostly via Skype). Her focus is “coaching the person, not the problem,” which means helping her clients explore what is most meaningful to them, develop energizing goals, and creatively devise concrete, practical steps to achieve them – whether on the job, in the home, or when pursuing one’s passions. Saundra King

Saundra King is a professional co-active life coach, an Army veteran, and an educator. She understands first-hand the transitions and frequent demands placed on our nation’s service members and their families. While pursuing her career as an educator, Saundra joined the Army Reserves, completed Officer Candidate School, and earned an Army commission specializing in both Civil Military Operations and Psychological Operations. Dedicating herself to a career of active military service, she retired after 20 years with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As a coach, Saundra is well known for her high energy, intuition, and compassion. Through inquiry and discovery, she champions clients to learn new perspectives and reclaim their zest for life. Saundra received her Co-Active Professional Coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), where she also completed their Co-Active Leadership Program. She also holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Jay Golden

Chris Thompson

Chris retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in June 2022 as a partner. He served large and midsized companies namely in the financial services, technology and pharmaceutical industries providing IT audit, IT risk management consulting and developed third party opinion level reporting. He also developed and led partners and professional staff through his team leader and regional team leader roles including sponsoring several directors for partner admission. In the latter stages of his PwC career, he became a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and used those skills inside PwC and currently outside PwC in his volunteer coaching of military veterans going through the FourBlock career readiness & transition program and coaching mid-level to executive level managers on career progression and leadership development. Chris has lived and worked in the US and internationally. He graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in Business Administration (accounting emphasis) and has attended executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Insead and MIT.

John Taylor
