Anya Wilhelm

Anya received her coach training and certification from The American School of Professional Coaching. She coaches federal employees and looks forward to coaching military veterans. Her coaching style is driven by a dedication to connecting with others to help them determine their path towards professional and personal development. She wants to facilitate an open environment to achieve positive outcomes by helping clients identify their goals and where to focus time and energy to achieve those goals. Anya has worked in federal service for almost 20 years, including a deployment to the Middle East. Her tenure overlapped her eight years in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and Air National Guard, during which she served active duty in support of Operation Noble Eagle. Anya has a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington, a MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a MA in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University. She also earned a professional certificate in International Migration Studies from Georgetown University.

Patricia Bonnard

Randall Chase

Randy Chase is a retired US Army Colonel who served for 25 years in multiple leaderships positions, including commanding a 450 person Artillery Battalion. He is also a certified leadership and development coach. For many years at the UBS Leadership Institute, Randy provided support to the firm’s top 600 global leaders through leadership programs, cultural change initiatives and coaching. From 2009 until 2012, Randy had global responsibility for Executive Coaching and Managing Director development programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Tim Franey

Tim Franey is a Coach for SBT who served two tours in Vietnam as a U.S. Navy Seabee Company Commander, building fortifications for the U.S. Marines near the DMZ (demilitarized zone). His father was career US Army Infantry, his bomber pilot uncle was a career US Air Force Pilot (and a German POW), and his mother volunteered to assist casualties during the Korean War. After completing two engineering degrees and an MBA, he spent 43 years as a senior professional executive working hi-tech industries in Silicon Valley, and this successful leadership experience is invaluable when he coaches people on balancing family and career issues, as well as personal and financial goals. Tim acquired his coach training and certification CPCC from the highly- esteemed Coach Training Institute (CTI). He also holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential of ACC. He is passionate about helping other veterans.

Nicholas Masek

After teaching as an associate professor at Sorbonne University, in Paris, Nicholas served as the head of a university, as a diplomat, and moved to the corporate sector, where he was in charge of executive and internal communications, employee engagement, change communications and leadership readiness to align 13,000 employees over 5 countries with corporate strategy and culture. Nicholas has designed and facilitated many educational and training programs, including leadership forums for more than 250 leaders. Jennifer Winick
