She worked as a Freelance writer for the Chicago Tribune and taught English, TV Production, and Yearbook at a suburban Chicago high school for 18 years.

Kathy is also a certified parent educator. She received her MBA degree from Napier University Business School in the UK and has continued studying extensively in the fields of psychology. Prior she pursued her passion in the personal development field as a marketing professional that had more than 12 years of business background with some of the biggest internet and multinational companies (Tencent, Baidu, News Corporation, IBM) where she was in charge of B2B marketing and was responsible for branding, public relation, market research, and online and offline marketing. Over the past eight years, she has worked with hundreds of families and individuals all over the world and partnered with her clients to create a space for safe sharing and deeper clarification. Through coaching sessions, she supports and empowers her clients to clarify their challenges, examine their limiting beliefs, identify their goals, and fully unleash their potential to live fulfilled and courageous lives.

Jennifer Winick

For over twenty years, Jennifer focused on building thriving teams and organizations while working in marketing for organizations including Microsoft and The Associated Press. In her last role at Microsoft, Jennifer led a team chartered with building organizational culture, community, and professional skills, and through this was not only able to both manage and coach countless employees but where she also developed and facilitated a program to help leaders in her organization learn to coach their own teams. A graduate of the Seattle Coach Professional Coach Training and Development Program, Jennifer experienced first-hand the impact coaching had had on her own skills as a leader and was thrilled to be able to bring it to over 100 leaders in her organization. Jennifer is now following her passion as an entrepreneurial coach, focusing on helping her clients create more purpose and meaning in their work and lives. Dr. Judy Holcomb
