Robert J. Wojehowski Jr , CH-C, PCC. is a certified executive coach who is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential. A native New Yorker, Rob moved to Houston, Texas in 2008 to cover the South Texas sales territory for a top investment management firm. After several years of high growth and sales performance, Rob was recruited to join New York Life Investments as a Regional Vice President for South Texas. In February 2018, after achieving consecutive Top Producer awards including Top Overall Producer in the firm for 2017, Rob was named Director of Business Development and Strategic Projects, relocating back to the NYC Metro area. Rob earned his B.A. in International Political Economy at Fordham University and completed the University of Texas Executive Coaching Program. He earned his Master’s of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development through the University of Texas. Rob holds the PCC Credential (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the ICF’s NY Chapter, as well as the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

Michael Mellen

Michael Mellen is an executive, organizational, and personal coach, trainer and facilitator with his company, Iron and Sage, Inc. He has served in a number of settings, including corporate, small business, not-for-profit, summer camp, seminaries, and higher education. Michael works with executives and individuals in transition. He often focuses on creativity, communication, emotional intelligence and leadership. Michael provides space for possibility and through that helps clients both identify where possibility exists in their lives or work and how they can move towards that with skill and integrity. Cliff Bayuk

Cliff Bayuk, founder of The 444 Coaching Group, is a professional coach, facilitator and mediator with more than thirty years of leadership experience. Cliff began his professional life as a psychology clinician, working with young adults with developmental challenges. In 1984, he became an active duty Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy and eventually a Deck Watch Officer in the US Coast Guard. During his diverse 24-year military service career, Cliff held key leadership positions in enterprise-wide Human Resources, Recruiting, Education and Training, Healthcare, Logistics and Operations functions. Post-military, Cliff spent some time consulting private clients on project management, as well as serving as a supervisory project manager for the US Treasury Department. He also worked in in quality assurance for the Department of Defense. His keen interest for human growth and development came about during his tenure as a management professor at the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he taught leadership, organizational behavior and development, workplace diversity; the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment, as well as the 360-degree workplace assessment. Cliff holds an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, as well as many certifications, including: PMP (Project Management Professional); professional coach (Duquesne University Professional Coaching Program); professional mediator; Federal Government Certified Acquisition Professional; and is an MBTI assessment practitioner.

Jane Maliszewski
