Mark Sachs

Mark Sachs is an Air Force veteran who for many years has been a leadership coach and organization consultant. In his work he believes that people have much more potential than they give themselves credit for. As a coach, he helps leaders and managers identify their strengths, communicate more effectively, collaborate better, manage others, and handle stress. He has a particular interest in helping people set better boundaries with others. Before starting his work as a coach he had a career in public radio and television. He holds BA and MA degrees in Sociology from Rutgers University and an MS degree in Organization Development from American University. Ronda Dorsey, M.Ed, B.S., and International Coaching Federation member with 20+ years of experience in Federal, private, and non-profit sectors is a life-long, iterative learner inspired by change. As a Change Leader with Fortune 500 experience, Pat is a certified Prosci™ Change Practitioner and presently is a Senior IT Portfolio Manager at Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis, Indiana where she provides change leadership training and team / group coaching. Leading a dual career, Pat retired as the Deputy Director, US Marine Corps University History Division in Quantico, Virginia and transitioned twice throughout her active and reserve service. During her last tour, she wrote “23 Days to Baghdad” - a historical monograph with inspirational stories about those who served during the Global War on Terrorism. Kendel Paulsen

Pamela J Dudoff

Ms. Dudoff has been providing executive coaching since 1995 as part of her work as an OD Consultant. She earned a Masters in OD at Boston University. Pam earned her ICF Certification as an ACC Coach in 2020. In 2020, Pam began a job with the City of Alexandria, VA where she had the opportunity for three years to provide executive coaching to many diverse clients. She typically coached about ten people per week. Pam also got certified in the Hogan Personality/Behavior assessment and began using this tool with her clients, identifying the risks for career derailment so that the client could develop strategies to keep their careers on track. She also used a leadership assessment provided through Denison Organizational Culture that identifies a leader's potential to become a highly effective executive. Pam also uses an assessment called the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory which assesses a clients preferred style for solving problems and dealing with change which are foundational for leaders in organizations. She also uses a “Leadership Dashboard” tool developed by the Center for Executive Coaching which helps clients clarify their strategic direction and goals.
