Michael Denisoff

Michael Denisoff is an executive coach and a consultant with over twenty years of experience in the disciplines of strategy and business consulting, organizational effectiveness, training and development, executive coaching and human resource excellence. Michael began his consulting career with the Covey Leadership Center, headed by Stephen Covey, the renowned author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,” where he worked with clients such as the United States Navy and Coast Guard, Merrill Lynch and Mid-Atlantic Bank. From there he went on to Sprint Cellular where he instituted leadership development programs and designed the professional development path for the over 100-member management team. Michael is regularly retained as an executive coach by CEOs and other high-level corporate executives from the world’s leading corporations, including those on the Fortune 500. Michael received his master’s in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of its 1988 national championship football team. He attained his certification as a professional coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, as well as a professional certified coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Michael also earned certification as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Steve Aidikonis

Ginger Moran is a writer, speaker, university professor, and a creative writing coach. She holds the ACC credential (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Martha Beck Life Coach as well as a Certified Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach. Ginger works with individuals who want to use writing to learn more about themselves and gain the health benefits of a regular journal-writing practice; she also coaches entrepreneurs to use stories to support the development of their small businesses through effective speeches and marketing communications.
